She has an amazing ability to understand the workings of planning, conservation and listed building officers. She immediately, built up a rapport with these departments and presented them with comprehensive drawings and visuals of the proposed project. Granted permissions were obtained immediately. On commencement of works, she introduced her “men” all working at the top of their individual skills . Nick, the gentleman builder, always calm and composed with a great sense of humour, produced a finish that is outstanding. Whereas Barry makes building a complicated conservatory look easy! We overcame a few oddities but with Vicki's guidance along with Nick and Barry's knowledge this was easily achieved.
