I have never met anyone better at getting planning permission for house extensions and garden rooms.
— William Coles

We approach planning issues with a somewhat unorthodox approach, which is usually successful. The visuals below show how we used a glazed link to connect a new build single storey extension to the rear elevation of a listed terraced house in a conservation area. The local conservation officer had previously resisted an extension through fear of any additional damage to the extant historic fabric of the original brickwork. We design simple but effective solutions. Success is generated by considering matters of scale; and delicacy; of perspective & presentation. Our track record is interesting and perhaps we are the right people for you. And again – we approach each task with a clean sheet of paper and a fresh mind unencumbered with baggage from the past.
