‘Updating a Grade 2 mid-C18th Townhouse’ in a Conservation area in an old Georgian Port.
This mid-terrace Georgian townhouse retained many original features, undeveloped since the early 1950s by the previous owners. This excited the Local Conservation Offices. The conundrum was how to transform it into a family house for the way we live now - whilst allowing its heritage to shine.
